It is agreed between Seller and Buyer as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF DOG

The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is as follows:

2. SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS

The following representations and conditions apply to thesale of the afore mentioned dog:

a) As of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases.

b) The Buyer has 72 hours to have dog examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect the dog. Any claims must be made within this time period and will be verified by Seller's own veterinarian. Proof of inspection will be required prior to Seller forwarding C.K.C. papers to Buyer.

c) Buyer is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding the dog's conformation, and outward appearance (meaning the dog meets the breed standard at this age).

d) Buyer agrees upon purchase of the puppy that the Dog will be
registered with the name:________________________ .

3. CONSIDERATION

This dog, identified in Section 1, is being sold for the sum of
$_____________, to be paid in full on __________________.

4. STIPULATIONS

This dog or bitch has been graded to be PET / SHOW quality (circle appropriate grading).

a) If PET quality, Buyer agrees that seller will register said dog or bitch on a CKC Non Breeding Contract. This non-breeding registration will be held by Seller until veterinarian verification of spay or neuter is received.

b) Any other arrangements may only be made with Seller's written consent.

c) If buyer chooses to sell dog/bitch or otherwise place him elsewhere, Seller gets first chance to re-acquire dog/bitch according to terms agreed to by buyer and seller at that time.

5. LIMITATIONS OF CONTRACT

a) This contract applies to the original puppy only and is non transferable to a second party. No replacement puppy will be given if the male or female has been bred, neutered or spayed. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from UltraSound Kennels on original and replacement puppy.

6. MAINTENANCE

a) Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to , inoculation, internal and external parasites, and - where indicated - heartworm preventative medication.

b) Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to maintain this dog or bitch in proper weight and physical shape. A proper diet consists of top-quality dog food and supplements.Vitamin E is an acceptable preservative.

c) Buyer agrees that this dog or bitch is NOT to be LEFT IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL ONLY. This dog or bitch is sold with the understanding that it was to go to carefully selected parties and that Buyer AVOWED the dog or bitch would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.)

d) Breeding Prerequisites: Breeding of a bitch shall be every other heat cycle or no more than 1 (one) back to back cycle with a 1(one) year rest period before again breeding and ONLY after the age of 2 (two) years and.

e) Buyer agrees to provide Seller with Photographs suitable for advertising and photocopies of all awards and critiques along with the judge(s) name(s) and the Club sponsoring the show. Buyer also agrees that Seller may use the photographs and any particulars of qualifying awards in any future advertising.

f) Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSSESS DOG OR BITCH UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE at no expense to the seller.

h) And finally...Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract
fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the
Province/State of ________________, in the county of_________________.
